Safiyya goes to school

How time flies too fast! My first born already goes to school. She just turned to 3 years 4 months. Alhamdulillah last week turned out very well. Btw, I registered her at Little Caliphs.

On the first day, we started with a bit of drama. She cried for an ipad. So I scolded her. Bad mommy. But then all went well until her teacher whatsapp-ed to informed Safiyya is crying. Sharp at 12 pm at that time. I asked her what happened but of course my darling baby won't tell me. She just said "nak ice cream". Hehe. I suspected she's hungry/thirsty and tired as she slept late a night before. Her susu in the bottle still full.

The next day no cry or drama at all. Such a good girl. On Thursday morning suddenly Safiyya cries for no reason. But she didn't ask for me though. Her teacher then brought her to the kitchen playset then she seems ok after that. That teacher told me on Wednesday Safiyya also cries suddenly. Maybe suddenly she missed home.

Off about makan, she still refused to eat. Her teacher need to chase after her to make her eat. Others are fine according to her teachers. She loves to play the kitchen set.
At her age (4years class) teachers didn't force them to study. They are more to playschool. They do art, coloring and painting. And back to my main objective sending her to pre-school, i want her to communicate with other kids. Communicate as in real talks not a baby or hi-5 talk. Hehe. And of course i want her to be independent, understand a simple instructions and learn a new things.

So far Safiyya loves to go to school. It's not that hard to wake her up in the morning. Just make sure to wake her up gently. The moment she saw her yellow school pants she will excitedly says "yeay school". Haha. Oh she still wearing a diaper. Hehe. Not a problem at her school. I hope she will learn good things from the school.

Safiyya's 3rd birthday

Dh sebulan lebih punya hal baru nk cerita kat sini. Simple birthday celebration je pon utk Safiyya. Last year celebrate ala kadar sbb aku pregnant xde mood nak plan apa masa tu. Just order cake je. This time awal jugak plan. 

Mula-mula ingat nk buat kat kfc. Dgn family besar aku lah. Sekali adik beradik aku semua ada hal. Kecewa jugak lah aku masa tu. Aku kesian kat Safiyya je sbb nnt dia takde kwn nak main together. 

End up aku pilih Nando's. Sbb aku suka Nando's haha. Small party je. Yg dtg ibu,along,adik pastu parents in law, kakak ngn adik ipar aku. Tu je. Ada jugak la sorg cousin Safiyya yg layan dia. 10 org je. Ala-ala private party gitu. Kahh. 

Tema Elmo sbb Safiyya masa tu suka Elmo. Birthday cake rupa Elmo aku tempah kt baker Melaka. Rupa cantik tp x sedap. Aku patut buat brownies je. 

Crop top tutu skirt Safiyya aku tempah ngn Bellebabiesdesign. Sampai on the day nk celebrate tu. Nasib baik. Good services ngn diorg ni. Nk tempah lg nnt utk birthday Adele nnt. 

Pastu g beli helium balloons ada rupa elmo bagai. Suka la Safiyya. Seronok tgk dia happy. Safiyya ni picky eater mkn fries, nasik putih ngn telo dadar. Lain rupa bentuk dia xmau. So dia mkn gak la fries kt Nando's tu. Birthday cake pon dia makan la sikit. 

Masa nk tiup lilin tu dia malu sudahnya cousin dia Amirah tu tiup. Org nyanyi ramai-ramai bila staff Nando's bwk cake tu kat meja.hihi. Yg x best takde pn gambar kami berempat. Sbb Adele meragam je xnk org lain. Penat ok. Aku makan pun x habis. Tp takpelah janji Safiyya happy. Ni je gambar yg ada. 

Last picture tu dia excited nak bukak hadiah. Hehe. 

Itu je lah ceritanya. Semoga anak mommy sentiasa happy, jadi anak yg baik,beriman,solehah,bijak dan dgr cakap mommy daddy. We loves you so much Safiyya!

Short babbling

Hello. Happy Tuesday everyone. I took EL yesterday as my car tire got punctured so today i am in the office. My colleague said there are few things to discuss but she got an emergency today. Hmm. But it is okay though, at least i got settle down my task today.

Well actually i miss my babies right now. Sometimes i hope i just can leave this job and be a full time housewife but part of me says i still love my job, i need that fixed income. How now brown cow? Husband already give me a green light to quit. The sooner the better. He prefer me to be at home now. At least until Adele not in the need-mommy-all-the-time phase.
We have a backup plan for me to find a side income and now we are trying to settle/reduce the total amount of PTPTN and my credit card. Pray hard to not swipe the credit card now. huhu.

Next month, Safiyya's turning to 3. How fast the time flies huh? Might send her to playschool next year. She loves to have friends around and play together. She loves to babble in her own language. Only me and husband understand what she talks about. haha. A picky eater who loves ice cream. She loves her baby sister. Ah so many lovely things about her. Bias la of course. kekeke.

I'm planning her 3rd birthday bash in my mind. Already survey the cake, the theme, birthday gift and even her dress. haha. I don't have mood to plan her birthday last year because of 2nd pregnancy so this year is a must! Only a simple one. Family and close friends. Hopefully. Still planning though.

Phonics Desk or that laptop?

Last Sunday, we brought her to Toys r us and we bought her something like cooking set. Things we can cut using the plastic knife and can re-attach back. She so clever after got her stuff then said "come, let's go!". haha. So big girl already. Ok lah that's all. Going back home now.

Movie date again

Yesterday was a movie date with husband at Palm Mall Seremban. I took half-day leave and husband already bought a ticket a day before. Oh we watched Fast and Furious 7 again but in 3D. Awesomeee!

Before movie session, had our lunch first and picked up some stuffs I've ordered from Hazz. My spice rack is here baby! Please check out her IG, shoppingparistokl  if you need anything from Paris! Authenticity guaranteed. :)

After movie, we straightaway go to Adidas. They have 40% sale and with total purchase of RM300 above we entitle for a backpack. So hubs settled for 2 t-shirt, pink backpack for Safiyya, 1 t-shirt for me, 1 pair of sandal and socks. Safiyya lovessss her new bag.

Btw, I'm so in love with my new black palazzo. It's from Kitschen. Hope they still have in other colors. Gonna buy more after payday! hehe..

Safiyya

Lama x update psl Safiyya je. Her progress la especially. Selalu random je. So mari tgk progress Safiyya

- Dh nk masuk 26 bulan
- Berat 9.5kg. Ye anak saya halus dan ringan. Ada org ingat dia belum lg 2 thn sbb figure kecik tp gigi dh penuh. Hehe.
- Makan ikut mood. Time xnak makan bg la apa pon mmg dia reject. Tp kalau betul lapar dia boleh makan nasik putih je ngn sup kosong. If letak telur dadar dia x makan nasik dah. Makan telur je. Tp sbb dia akan gatal-gatal lps mkn so aku bg mkn telur dlm sebulan 2x cmtu.
- Suka coklat mahal. Haha. She loves patchi.
- Dah 100% on bottle feeding/fm. Tp ada masa dia nak mengopek aku bg je lah. Tu pon jarang sgt dah
- Still love watching nursery rhymes, pocoyo and tom & jerry cartoon. Oh oggy pon. Actually she learns alot from those especially pocoyo.
- Vocab dia boleh tahan. Boleh sebut mommy, daddy, cat, dog, duck, frog, efen (elephant), pig, mouse, bird, cow, icecream. Ni yg aku ingt. If colors, red,blue,green,pink, purple and her fav yellow! If counting, 1,8,9,10. Haha sukati dia.
- Boleh sebut twinkle twinkle little star dgn pantas
- She know where head, toes, eyes and nose is.
- Suka pen dan menconteng. Tak boleh nampak org pegang pen ke pencil mesti dia nak.
- Dah pandai nk main je kejenya. Kalo jumpa Amsyar dah xnak balik. Ajak cousin dia main
- If dia pooped x selesa nnt dia pegang bontot dia dan merengek. Ajak pergi toilet
- Still x pandai tidur sendiri. Ada masa je if mengantuk sgt. Malam tidur around 11 pm paling awl. If daddy dia ada lmbt sket sbb tau ada org melayan.
- Lasak x reti duduk diam. Suka memanjat. Suka buat sepah. Kalau aku kemas barang dia, mesti marah. X bg usik. Biar je bersepah.
- If aku kata kiss baby nnt dia kiss perut aku sebut baby. Hahaa. Xtau la apa yg dia faham. Hope dia boleh bff ngn adik dia nnt. Aamiinn..
- Dah reti nak salam cium tgn bila ktrg suruh. Dulu xnak. Lps tu kiss bg kepala or pipi. Hehe. Flying kiss xyah ckp lah mmg terer.

So far itu je yg aku ingat. Maaflah ibu mengandung byk lupa. Hihi. Actually ktrg baru balik dari KPJ Seremban ni. Safiyya dh selsema more than 2 weeks. Tido mlm bgn byk kali menangis sbb mcm x selesa. Kesian. Last 2 days bdn on off panas. Pastu mcm kerap gak pooped padehal dia x makan sgt pon. Alhamdulillah paed said lungs clear. Cuma mmg hidung dia tersumbat. Blocked habis so kena pakai sterimar. Tu je cara. Yg pooped tu might be from the virus. So dpt la prebiotic. Singulair on if dgr batuk mcm berkahak. Byk lah bekalan ubat dia td. Nasib baik pakai insurance. Ok lah doakan Safiyya cpt sembuh ye.

Raya Haji kali ni

Raya Haji kali ni meriah. Mungkin sbb anak aku in happy mood so kami pon bahagia. Haha. Tp lps tu amek aku siap demam ngn sakit pinggang segala. Well every year pon mmg ayah aku buat kenduri masa raya haji. Siang buat korban, mlm tu maghrib, isya' kat rumah siap ada la tazkirah dan lps tu ada cukur jambul anak sedara ktrg depan rumah. Tumpang buat sekali.

Tp mlm raya ktrg tido rumah Durian Tunggal. Sblm tu balik Umbai mak bekalkan ketupat ngn rendang utk ktrg breakfast pagi raya. hihi. Pagi raya tu dh settle basuh and sidai baju baru ktrg gerak balik Umbai. Lps zuhur baru gerak balik Rembau pulak. Ayah dh tugaskan aku buat fruit cocktail. Ye ayah aku suka cocktail tu. Skrg every majlis dia akan soh aku buat benda tu. Aku buat 2 bekas besar pun habis okay. X cukup. Masa aku dok buat cocktail tu, Safiyya mmg berkepit ngn akak aku. Bgs. Senang aku nk buat kerja. Tp lps tu meraban aku carik dia. Rupanya dia ikot akak aku balik rumah. Sabar je la.

Safiyya mmg sporting la haritu. Dari pagi smp malam pakai baju kurung. Sbb baju-baju tu mmg x pakai lg. Bila lg nk pakaikan. Pandai la dia main ngn cousin-cousin dia. Suka la dia org ramai. Dapat la aku berlenggang.kekeke.

After settle semua org pon dh balik, akak aku tanya psl cake dlm fridge. Aku terlupa yg aku ada beli cake konon la belated birthday Safiyya sbb masa birthday dia haritu aku beli cake biasa je kat Baker's Cottage. Sbb aku tau dia suka M&M so aku pon order ngn lili nk cake M&M n Kitkat. Tgk la Safiyya and Amsyar celebrate in style. Bhahaha.

Things happened

September not yet come to an end but so many things had happened this month. My money plus Safiyya's duit raya has been stolen. I wonder till now how can the thief pulled my handbag from far thru the grilled window. But lucky me he did not take my IC, bank card and car key. Ayah said maybe drug addict. Benda nak jadi. I always keep my handbag in the bedroom but that night i left it in the living room on the sofa. Huhu. Takpelah redha. I might have missed something in life.

In the same week 12th Sept, we did a small kenduri solat jemaah and baca surah al-baqarah at our new home in Melaka. Our nest is actually not 100% complete yet but as we already stay there every weekend i told hubs we must do this kenduri. Rumah baru kan. So we only invite ayah's few friends, my family, cousin, in laws and neighbors. Hubs ordered nasi briyani Pokok Mangga and i made fruit cocktail as dessert. Alhamdulillah it went well. Foods pon cukup and sedap.
Later after that, we celebrate Safiyya's 2nd birthday. Simple celebration with a small cake. I asked hubs to buy a happy birthday balloons. Not in the picture btw. Funny part, Safiyya scared when all of us started to sing a birthday song. Terus nk masuk buai tido. Hahaha.

The next day, hubs planned for a BBQ night as a birthday celebration for yours truly. 3 years married and he finally did something on my birthday and i don't even ask him to do so. It's a quite surprise eventho he planned in front of me. Bhahaha. I'm so grateful that my family and parent in law doing all the preparations. Biasalah pregnant lady bukan larat sgt. I just made a coleslaw because i want too. Puas hati. Mil made a pudding castard and bihun singapore. I am so full that night. After that hubs brings out the cake. It's a BR cake with my fav flavor inside. Awwww!! Thanks so much la hubby! Love you! It's just a small cake as hubs ordered the cake a day before. Never mind. Everyone still got a chance to taste the cake. Hehe.

Last week during public holiday, parent in law came to our house to help us organizing Safiyya's playroom,wedding gift and kitchen cabinets. They even bought us 3 new carpets as a gift. Rezeki. Thank you mak and abah! There are still so many things to do for our new house especially living hall and master bedroom. Safiyya's playroom and guest room almost completed. Just need to buy a wardrobes. We currently sleep in the guest room. Malas nk naik atas during pregnancy ni. Penat naik tangga. We hope can settle everything by next year. Aaminn. Hello May

May has come! It's our wedding anniversary month. But we don't have any plan for the celebration yet. Hubs bukan jenis romantik. Kalau nk harap dia buat surprise mmg tak la. Selalunya aku yg ajak celebrate but this time dia dh cakap awal yg he can't plan anything sbb takut company suruh pegi site la apa la. Plus skrg kami busy nk settlekan hal rumah. He decided to cat sendiri interior rumah. So faham lah mana yg lebih penting skrg kan. *sigh*

But if ada rezeki lebih kami akan celebrate lambat sikit. Tak kisah la kan.

So smlm 1st May public holiday kami ke Melaka lah mcm biasa. Beli barang apa yg patut utk rumah. Mula-mula pegi beli cat kt Rembau. We bought 5L KCC paint utk playroom Safiyya. Yg penting washable and easy to clean. Kami beli ni mahal RM104. Tu harga paling mahal utk KCC. Nasib baik beli 1 tin je. So today hubs nk start cat playroom Safiyya tu. Hope ok lah.hehe.

Then we went straight to Mahkota Parade. Lunch at Breeks cafe tp aku order apa tah kat Seoul Garden. Sedap gak. Tp grilled chicken Wan dh busuk. Terus cancel order. Dh la lama gila nk dpt. Lps tu ktrg jalan pegi Dataran Pahlawan dan patah balik MP. Takde kerja.
Dh petang, Safiyya mengamuk nk tido ktrg pon terus la gerak. Masuk kete Safiyya terus tido. So ktrg pon ke SSF. Saje je tgk apa yg patut tp end up membeli sikit. We bought cermin toilet, steel rack nk letak kt sinki, alas meja kecik tu nak letak kt mini bar, botol kaca nk letak gula,milo, oat ngn penyangkut baju. Itu je dh dekat RM500. huhu. Tak sabar nk pindah ni. Harap Wan dpt cat rumah cepat. Mid of May sofa nk masuk lak.

Mlm dinner kat Ayam Penyet Tesco Bandaraya. Sempat la Safiyya pow seketul mainan. Balik rumah mcm biasa bukan dia kesah pon. Today i cooked sbb malas nk keluar. Ptg kang nk g tgk rumah lg nk tgk Wan cat rumah. hehe.

Milestone Safiyya at 19 months

Helloo. Happy Wednesday. It has been a while since my last update. Takde mood nk update lately. Same old boring story. Tak pasal rumah mesti hal anak. So this time nk update psl Safiyya lg.

Safiyya dah 19 bulan or lebih mudah setahun 7 bulan. Dh makin membesar jadi budak bijak. InsyaAllah. Tp at the same time bertambah pening kepala aku bila dia throwing tantrums. Lately if dia tak dapat apa dia nak like example; nak berjalan berlari tp ktrg x bg sbb dekat sgt ngn mainroad dia marah. Pastu if dia suka 1 benda tu tp ktrg x bagi sbb org punya terus dan dan tu gak melalak. Huihhh mmg boleh hilang sabar aku. Dia melalak x boleh pujuk punya. Haritu buat perangai masa expo kt Mitc. 1 Mitc kot tgk. Parking lak jauh mmg dia menangis spnjg jalan. Aku punya geram smp nangis dlm kereta.
Kalau ckp "baby,jangan!" hah siap dia campak la apa yg ada kt tangan dia. I know my fault tp it's so hard not to say NO. Automatic ok.

Safiyya tak amek lg jab 18 bulan. Asyik pospon je.
Still lg on breastfeeding tp bila aku pegi kerja dia minum fm.
Makan ikut mood. Kalau dia lapar sgt nasik putih pon ok. Dh reti makan sotong celup tepung.
Excited kalau nmpk bird, cat dan kambing. Yg kambing tu sbb slalu tgk aku halau keluar dari rumah. haha. Nnt dia pon ikot buat *syhhh syhh*.
Masih suka tgk nursery rhymes kt iPad. If tgk tv asek la amek remote soh tukar disney channel. So far fav dia pocoyo, dibo the dragon, oggy and the cockroaches, mickey mouse clubhouse and hi-5.
If bukak astro oasis part zikir tu mmg dia layan la kejap. Dok sorg2 tgk.
Reti main sendiri. Kalau cousin2 dia blk mmg hepi giler. Kalau naik remote car tu dia suka la. Tak sia-sia beli. Fav mainan dia ada 1 bakul fruits and veges. Kalau dia dpt bakul tu mmg dia suka lambakkan. Pastu masuk bakul. Pastu lambak blk. X kisah la kt mana2 pon. Taktau apa dia rasa.hehe.
X suka gosok gigi. Mmg berperang nk gosok gigi dia. Aku x kira. Dpt berus sket pon dh puas hati. hehe.
X reti tido awl dah skrg. Sbb dia suka nap pukul 4 pm ke atas. So mlm dlm kol 11 ke atas baru nk tido.
Skrg tgh ajar dia mana hidung dan mulut. Part hidung tu betul dah tp bila mulut, hidung gak dia tunjuk. hehe. Pastu ajar sebut apple. Dia sebut "appuu,appppuuu" LoL

So far ini je la update psl Safiyya. Perangai paling obvious kuat mengamok ikot aku. Mmg kena bersabar je lah. Dapat pulak tips how to handle a tantrum. Refer here. Semoga membantu lah.

Cerita weekend lagi

It's Monday again. Macam biasa nak citer pasal activites on last weekend.
Dh lama tak overnight kt KL since sibuk nk uruskan hal rumah baru. Tp Sabtu lepas ada wedding sedara Wan ,mak suruh pergi so pergi la kami. Boleh pulak pagi tu card atm Wan kena telan. Mengamuk dia. Teruk la bank rakyat. Sabtu takde support. Ahad baru ada. Dah kenapa? Mmg tawakal la duit Wan ada lg masa tu. Tp now dh settle. Pg Ahad aku dh remind Wan soh call bank rakyat.

Ok sambung cter. Lps hal kat bank tu ktrg singgah Mantin nk amek tumbler Starbucks aku kirim kat member yg ada kerja kt Singapore. Sempat je kan. haha. Sampai KL dh nak pukul 3 camtu. Dah makan kt wedding tu, terus gerak anta barang kt member then shoot pegi Hartamas jumpa 1 contractor roller blind. Tp lps tgk quotation mmg sengkak jap. hahaha. Ini lah dia kalau rumah byk tingkap lps tu panjang pulak mmg tak dapat la bwh RM2k.

Lps tu ktrg terus g Houz Depot Kota Damansara. Wan nk sgt g situ so layan. Survey je apa yg patut. Ada la berkenan nk beli barang utk dapur tp Wan kata tgk dulu amek gambar. Compare harga dekat Ikea. Lama gak kat situ. 2 jam kot. Lps maghrib plan asalnya nk bwk Safiyya g mandi swimming pool kt The Club tp baru lps hujan. Safiyya pon mengantuk tido pulak dia so cancel. Pool tu open lgpon confirm la sejukkkan. X psl Safiyya selsema nnt. So ktrg terus g Ikea.

Dinner dulu kat Subway, pukul 8 lebih baru masuk Ikea. Safiyya tido time ni so mmg lancar je perjalanan kami. Kononnya nk survey kan tp sudahnya mcm2 gak beli. Barang Safiyya confirm beli. Wan tgk roller blind mcm murah so ktrg test beli utk 1 bilik. If ok baru beli 1 rumah. Boleh kan main test. haha. Takleh la kuar Ikea dgn tgn kosong. Mesti nk beli. Utk dressing table pon dh dpt part lampu n cermin. Meja nanti dulu sbb mahal oi. So ktrg ada la few stuff nak beli later on cuma tgh fikir camne nk bwk balik Melaka nnt sbb delivery Ikea mahal giler. Pastu dh bayar, fikir cmne nk bwk g kat kete sbb kete park dekat the curve. Terpaksa la Wan lari jap. Tp sebelum tu aku soh belikan Safiyya air tp air semua bergas. So dia beli icecream. Dh la jenis kon pastu anak aku nk pegang sendiri. Nasib baik la aku baru lps beli bib yg jenis mcm baju tu. Selamat. Dh la aku baru je tukarkan minah tu baju tido. Pastu Safiyya buat mcm rumah sendiri ok. Siap duduk meniarap bagai. Aku dh penat malas nk tegur. Org tgk je anak aku,pastu tgk aku. Judging la tu. Dia xtau cmne anak aku mengamuk kalau kena tegur. Tp ada la 2,3 pompuan lalu ckp Safiyya comel. Masa tu dia tgh berdiri mkn icecream, sebelah lg pegang cup. Beriya diorg dok tunjuk Safiyya kt family dia. haha.

Lps tu ktrg balik TTDi jap lepak borak makan trifle mak buat. Aku dh mengantuk giler wei tp anak aku segar bugar. Pukul 12 lebih ajak Wan balik. Safiyya suka rumah kak ipar aku ni sbb ada playroom yg mmg penuh ngn segala mainan. So as expected anak aku pon explore lah bilik tu smp 1 pagi. Aku mmg surrender. Wan je layan. Smp x sedar bila tidur. Wan ckp Safiyya tido 1 lebih tp aku sedar kol 3 pagi. Pengsan aku.

Ahad mmg lepak je seharian kt rumah. Lunch pon lambat pukul 3 lebih. Tu pon Wan tapau nasik arab sbb Safiyya tido. Ptg kol 5 baru gerak g TTDi balik jumpa mak abah. Pukul 8 camtu ktrg terus gerak balik tp biasalah singgah jap BSC sbb aku ingt Bisou kt situ. Padehal kt Bangsar Village 1. Konon la teringin nk makan rainbow cake. Dah salah tempat aku ckp takpela jom balik tp Wan kata dah teringin so dia bawak jugak carik cake tu. Sempat la aku beli sandal Safiyya kt BSC. haha. Lps tu ktrg dinner kat Wondermama. Aku amek menu same mcm dulu Wondermama fried rice with bacon, Wan spaghetti aglio olio n Safiyya kids set. Tapi dia xnak makan pon. Dia amek yakult ngn keropok je. Dh abes makan rainbow cake, bayar terus gerak blk Rembau.
