I never like my current job. But i have to suck it up because i need my income. Really. I had 1-to-1 session with my manager yesterday regarding my 4 months performance in the team. As expected,he told me im not perform and to be honest no future for me in technical field. And he asked me what is actually my concern. I just told him that i have no interest doing technical stuff anymore. And so of that, he will assign me to a new post. Admin job. No more technical. Yay for a second but later he questionned me about EL/MC.
He didn't bother about EL but MC. I already took 5 MCs for the past 4 months. Dah sakitkan MC la but he can't accept. Duhh. So this will determine my performance. No more MC. Bole? Dia ingt aku robot kot.
And then he said please no more FB or blogging. Other engineers said i look like so free can browsing internet. Fuhh! Obviously ada org perhatikan aku. Kata busy tp ada lak masa mereport hal org lain. Joyah betul.
Now, i have no mood to work. Takde hati dh. I know my manager just try to find a way to terminate me. Ikutkn hati nk je resign sekarang but i can't. Too many commitment. Sabarlah wahai hati. Hari bahagia pasti akan tiba. Cewah!

biasala bos memang tak suka kita cuti ke mc ..macam i cuti straight 3 days anak sakit pastu cuti lagi sbb hamza masuk wad...bos dok bebel kat staff lain... i don't care sebab kerja i buat and i siapkan kat rumah walaupun tak datang. dia actually takde point pun tapi saja je kan...siap cakap "saya ni kalau sakit, saya akan kata sakit sila postponed"...for me apa2 la bos sebab anak, family dan kesihatan diri adalah no 1...kerja/bos semua jatuh no 2..kalau ko nak mati dalam office sekalipun tu pilihan kau...rezeki ada dimana2 saja, InsyaAllah sebab bukan kita saja2 malas atau menolak rezeki
