Spa & Lunch date

This happened like a month ago. My best friend Ana has bought the spa voucher from Groupon months before. That was our 3rd spa session together using Groupon voucher. First was at Royale Spa at Royale Bintang Hotel, The Curve. Second was at Pullman Putrajaya Fit and Spa Lounge and the latest one was at Serenity Skin at eCurve.

We've set an appointment on 1130 am. We actually arrived 20 minutes late as we thought the spa located at The Curve but actually they are at Cineleisure (eCurve). Haha. Luckily they are fine with late arrival maybe because it's on weekdays so they have plenty available slots.

As we arrived, we were brought to a separate room! We thought we are going to have a couple room just like from our previous 2 spa experience but this spa is different. They don't have couple room. The spa session started with foot bath. Soaked in warm water around 15 minutes then the therapist/masseur put on lotion on my both hands for a light massage. And then she finish it with scrubbing my feet.

Next, she asked me to change my clothes. Then she put on a mask i think at my back and leave it for a while before she cleanse it. Later after that she continues with a massage. Love the massage among those 3 spa by the way. My stiff neck felt so relief after that. Oh they put on eye mask as well while i laid on my back. And then she said "it's done".

Lastly they served us with a ginger tea and they explained to us a bit on their spa package offer for Groupon customer only. We are quite tempted on that time. But after made a discussion we decided to find another spa offer on Groupon.

After our spa session, we went to Absolute Thai at Ikano for lunch. We are so hungry at that time as for me i skipped breakfast that morning. I've ordered tomyam fried rice, seafood tomyam soup and ice lemon tea. Oh my goodness, the tomyam soup is super delish! It's a bit pricey but totally worth it. Me and my best friend had a good time. We ended our date with a quick shopping at Ikea before rushed back to my kids. We are so going to repeat this session soon!

Hippopo baby spa at The Shore Melaka

This place is finally opened in Melaka. So being excited me, i dragged my husband and the girls to this branch at The Shore last week as they have 20% off from the baby spa session. Limited to first 100 babies only. It's our luck then as they extended their promo to another 100 babies.

We immediately booked our session on 9th May at 6 pm. It's Adele's bath time so i thought it would be the best time to make it.
When the day come, Safiyya suddenly got a fever. When the temperature hit 38.2 degree we brought her to see her paed as we don't keep pcm at our home. We left it in Rembau. Thank god she just have a mild fever but her tonsil a bit reddish. So her paed gave antibiotic and pcm. As for Adele we decided for her to take 3rd dose of rota-virus vaccine and her 1st jab of pneumococcal vaccine which actually scheduled when she turned to 4 months old in another 1 week time. As everything seems fine we went straight to The Shore.

We arrived 45mins early and we got to slot in at 530 pm. I am so excited. We were asked to made a payment first then they explained the facilities they have at the spa and what are they going to do in the whole session.

The session started with warm up the baby. Adele loves it. Around 5 minutes later, the therapist take off the baby cloths and change to swim diaper. It's included in the package. And then they put on the neck float. But Adele seems not comfortable wearing it. She started to cry. Then the therapist change to different float. The one that Adele can sit in it. So big girl already. She's not yet 4 months at that time. Swimming session took about 30 mins and after that i breastfeed Adele for a while before continue with a 30 minutes massage session. Adele became cranky at the end of the session as she's too sleepy. Everything seems fine to me. The therapist is good, the environment is nice with their zoo theme, clean and the staffs are friendly. I did enjoy seeing my baby in the tub and being massage. I think she did enjoyed her spa time too. She didn't cry except at the end of the massage session so i think she's having a good time. hehe. As for the price, it's totally worth it with the 1 hour spa time. Definitely will come again.

Penang quick holiday

Last kami ke Penang masa Safiyya baru 2 bulan. Setelah setahun lebih, Khamis lps aku follow encik suami ke Penang. Of course la bwk Safiyya skali mana boleh tinggal. Tak sanggup. Hari Isnin Wan bgtau ada kerja kt Penang, Selasa confirm hotel. Lepas tu baru lah aku mintak kat bos nk half day hari Khamis ngn work from home hari Jumaat.
Nasib la Wan kena g kerja kat kilang tu hari Jumaat maka boleh lah follow. Kalau hari Selasa ke Rabu mmg takla.

So kami gerak dari Rembau lps zuhur camtu. Byk kali gak stop sbb aku asek nk buang air je. Siap singgah beli Starbucks kt RnR Rawang. Jakun sebenarnya sbb kat situ boleh drive thru. LoL.
Bila dah besar byk akal ni Safiyya xde la behave sgt dalam kereta. Demand nk tgk nursery rhymes aje. iPad tu bukan ada 3g pon. Haihs.

So akhirnya kami sampai Penang dalam pukul 7 cmtu. Kami duduk Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya. Dekat dgn Penang bird park dan Sunway Carnival Mall. Hotel ni ok not bad sbb baru refurbished. Cuma takde swimming pool dan toilet xde bathtub.

Lps dh check-in, kemas barang sementara Safiyya tido dalam stroller dia ktrg dinner dekat Victoria Station sebelah hotel. Reason sbb kami xtau nk makan apa dan kami x suka sgt nasi kandar. Haha. Pegi Penang makan VS. Lps dinner kami ke Sunway Carnival jap saja nk tgk Nandos buat delivery ke hotel tak utk aku lunch esoknya tu tp malangnya takde. Cis sangat. Sempat jugak la beli new cover for iPad. 2 tahun pakai x penah tukar cover. Lusuh dh. Haha.
Malam tu Safiyya terlalu gembira sampai x reti nk tido. Dah tutup semua lampu pon steady lagi. Sbb kesian kat suami kena kerja esok tu aku tutup tv lps tu pura-pura tido. Lps tu baru budak kecik tu tido. Haha. Masa tu 1.30 pagi.

Jumaat pagi pukul 7 lebih Wan keluar breakfast tapaukan utk aku skali. Safiyya tido sampai kol 10.30. Mmg dapat la nk makan dgn tenang. Tghari tu Wan balik kejap tapaukan lunch. Petang tu layankan Safiyya mandi rain shower sampai la daddy dia balik. Then kami semua bersiap nk ke belah Pulau.
Dalam 6 lebih cmtu kami naik feri. Aku baru tau rupanya Wan x pernah naik feri. Bagus lah anak beranak tak pernah naik. Tp lps tu dia pening. Mabuk. Haha.

Sampai je ktrg terus carik Restoran Kapitan. Actually ktrg dh penah makan dlu kt Kapitan ni tp dh lupa rasanya. So aku pon try la makan briyani ayam claypot. Wan amek Nan cheese, chicken vindaloo ngn ayam tandoori. Bg aku semua tu x berapa sedap. X boleh beat Pak Putra Tandoori Melaka. Mango lassi pon pelik mcm guna kordial. Tp ok la sbb kami lapar habis jugak. Haha. Masa ni Safiyya tido so kami dapat makan dgn tenang.

Kami takde la nk makan pasembor ke char kuey tiaw ke, mee udang ke ape sbb Wan x makan. Dia allergic. Takkan aku nk makan sorg kan. Tu yg sampai xtau nk makan apa. Nak berjalan kat area Gurney or Padang kota tu mmg takla. Panas. Kang Safiyya nk berjalan xnak pegang so kami malas. Haha. Akhirnya kami ke 1st Avenue mall sbb kami nampak Dome n Gloria Jeans Coffees. Tapi sampai je terus masuk H&M shopping baju Safiyya. X memasal Safiyya dapat 4 dress, 1 set pyjama ngn 1 hat comel. Daddy dia kata amek amek. Aku pon apa lagi. Masa aku tgk kt Sunway Pyramid xde byk choice tp kt Penang ni byk. Wan offer aku soh amek baju tp xde yg menarik.
Pastu masuk Parkson beli under garment thingy. Laki nak belanja so layan. Beli sekali diapers Safiyya. Then baru la melepak kt Gloria. Bg Safiyya mkn pasta carbonara. Beriya dia makan. Kesian lapar rupanya.
Pukul 11 cmtu kot baru gerak balik hotel. Pengsan terus semua.

Esoknya Sabtu semua bgn lambat. Safiyya dh bgn kol 6 lebih pastu tdo balik. Sudahnya terlepas hotel breakfast. Kol 10 lebih ok bangun. Nasib la ada roti,nutella ngn milo. Boleh alas perut.
Wan keluar g basuh kereta jap lepas tu. Aku kemas bag n layan Safiyya mandi sampai gigil pun xnk keluar. Kol 12 lbh camtu baru check-out.

Dah masuk kereta ktrg still tak boleh decide nk makan apa padehal masing2 kebulur gila. At last naik feri g pulau. Pukul 3 lebih baru kami dapat makan kat Batu Feringgi. Depan tropical spice garden. Ktrg suka makan situ. Aman damai je makan menghadap laut. Makan pon sedap. Aku makan char kuey tiaw, Wan makan set ikan bawal. Lepas tu singgah beli jeruk Pak ali kt Teluk Bahang x silap.
Then kami pon ke Balik Pulau dengan niat utama nk makan laksa janggus. Wan peminat laksa. Sekelip mata habis 1 mangkuk ok. Pastu mkn aku punya separuh sbb aku x habis. Haha.
Balik tu kami ikot Jambatan kedua Penang sbb dah dekat. Pukul 7 lebih baru keluar dari pulau.
Malam tu sampai Rembau kol 1 pagi.

Kadang-kadang yg takyah plan tu la jadi fun. Suami melayankan je kami anak beranak. Hehe.

Safiyya's photobook

Aku ada beli photobook voucher dekat Groupon at rm38. Dh lama aku beli tp xde masa nk buat. Ewah. Lps tu aritu teringat check expired date Dec.
So terus la gigih susun gambar sbb tgh x busy.

Cmne steps nk buat? Well nnt masa beli kt Groupon dia akan bgtau apa nk buat dulu. Senang je actually tp aku x suka nk leceh2. Aku just pilih box design dgn background. Takde tulis2. Yg buat lama is nk pilih gambar Safiyya since newborn. Byk gila. Lps tu gambar dia aku byk edit kt instagram. So aku masuk je skali.

Dh siap tu, check out n just byr delivery cost rm8. Aku submit hari Selasa, Jumaat dh dpt tp aku pickup sendiri kt Gdex Seremban sbb x sabar! Haha. If not dia nk hantar on Monday sbb Gdex xde servis ke Kg Senama. Ppffttt.

Hasil, puas hati wpon ada gmbr yg x sharp. Sbb aku mls nk cari lain. Haha. Ada 40 pages. Aku buat dari newborn smp the latest, birthday party n trip tu Aquaria. Lps tu photobook Malaysia bg lg 60% voucher for imagewrap photobook. Yay boleh guna lg pasni!

Overnight at Traders hotel

Husband ada assessment at KLCC on Monday so he entitled to get 1 night stay at the nearest hotel so that takde prob la dia nk g amek assessment the next morning. This year he chose Traders hotel as last year we all dah stay kt Maya hotel. Sebenarnya we actually lucky sbb ktrg mmg tgh cari hotel nk stay for a night as for anniversary celebration but then husband kena amek assessment so why not skali kan je. Ktrg dh jimat la xyah kuar duit lg nk dok hotel. Not really celebrate la bila dh ada anak ni. But it's ok. We still enjoy it. :)

Best jugak Traders hotel ni. Staff dia mmg ada di mana-mana shj. Friendly and helpful.
Mcm pekerja club pn ada sbb diorg pakai black shirt. Ktrg smp hotel hari Ahad ptg dlm kol 6 cmtu. Bilik ktrg kt level 12. X sempat nk explore semua sbb mlm ktrg g KLCC beli diapers Safiyya. Aku lupa nk bwk dr rumah. Nk g KLCC ktrg ikot KL convention center. Lalu tunnel. Lenguh jugak la kaki lps tu.

Our room is ok, takde la besar sgt. Katil best gila. Rasa cm tenggelam bila tido.
Safiyya tdo lena la. Kemain. Ada 2 sofa. Tv xde channel movie tp wireless free. Toilet ok besar. Ada bathtub ngn shower. Besar gak bathub muat la utk ktrg bertiga. muahaha. Our view bukan KLCC tp bkn ada masa nk jenguk luar sgt pn.

As for breakfast, aku kena order room service sbb kupon husband dpt 1 je. Just fill up the card then hang on the outside door knob before 3 am, later diorg akan anta at the time yg kte pilih. Husband ckp mmg best gila breakfast buffet dia. Variety. Sushi pon ado tp dia x smpt nk mkn semua sbb dh lmbt. Aku order nasi lemak with chicken rendang. X brp sedap. Maybe dh masak awl pg kan so aku dpt dh x panas. Sambal udang pn kering giler.

Tp apa pon we did enjoyed our one night stay there. As long as we are not using our money except for the breakfast, all is good. hehe.
